Katie: I feel like there are many contributing factors that go into the success of a practice and I don't stand alone in that. We are a team and we go above and beyond for our patients together. Carla: I've been at Elite Dental Care for two years now and I love it. I love working with my doctors and our staff. We get a long very well. We have a great internal relationship as well as external and I'm very proud to work for this group of people because we provide wonderful dentistry. Kathi: I think teamwork is very important. We try to work as a team. Everybody contributes in a different way, but it all comes together. And from the moment the patient walks in the door and their greeted by a friendly "hello," greeted by name, that makes them feel at home. And then we take them on back and it just continues from there. Cindy: Well I've been with the practice 27 years. It's a great environment here, great place to work. We treat our patients to the best of our ability and we just love each and every one of them. Carla: I think our patients notice how well we get along by the way we act when they walk through the front door. There's a lot of camaraderie and joking around. We can be very serious when we need to be, but we have a wonderful time working with one another. Katie: When they see this overflow of positivity and genuineness coming from staff members toward each other and toward the patient, it makes a lasting impression and creates an overall positive environment for the patient. Cindy: From the time they walk in the door to the time they leave, it's very important that we work as a team, from the front desk to the clinical staff, to make sure that we serve our patients very well and they can get the quality dental care they need. Kathi: Creating a positive environment is very important. As soon as the patient walks in the door, they're greeted by name. They should feel like they're family when they're here. We want them to feel like they're family, a part of our dental family.
